may i introduce you to the newest of my classroom companions? Mr. Peeper Birdie RedNose, named by popular vote among the Red Room staff and students. (near misses: "Butterfly Heart" and "Bootie")

he joins the illustrious company of Hiro the Beta Fish, Lucas the Turtle (part-time adjunct) and a spate of as-yet-unnamed tadpoles.

please let me know if any of you are interested in taking on one ore more leopard frogs sometime this June. I think I can only house one or two happily.
